If you do not agree with this Terms of Use or with its individual clauses, you have the right to refuse to use the site bitlance.top (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
This Agreement shall enter into force for you from the moment you start interacting with the bitlance.top domain in any form.
All users of the platform, interacting with the platform in any way, automatically agree to the Terms of Use.

Service - a set of software and hardware, united by the bitlance.top domain name space, providing interaction between Users.
User - any individual, legal entity or software tool (bot).
Customer - a User who searches for Freelancers within the Service.
Freelancer - a User who provides services for performing various types of work, while not entering into any labor relations with the Service, and who is not its employee.
An order is a job advertisement that contains a description of the final result, as well as the files and data necessary for its successful implementation. The successful completion of which must be confirmed by the presence of digital information containing the result of its implementation (the presence of a website, content, documents and other files confirming the fact of the work being done).
Consultation (or application for consultation) - an announcement with the help of which the Customer can receive advice in the form of correspondence in a chat, on a question of interest to him, according to the format of the section of the site in which he is posted. The consultation does not imply the performance of any work and the availability of its result.
Project - an order or an application for consultation placed on the Service

2.1. By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees, accepts and undertakes to unconditionally comply with all its conditions. The user has the right to refuse to use the site bitlance.top (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
2.2. This agreement and all changes to it come into force from the moment they are published on the Service. Changes to the Agreement may be made at any time. Users confirm that with each re-authorization on the Service, they have read and accept the terms of the Agreement, which are published at https://bitlance.top/terms/.
2.3. The Service provides Users with the service of access to the functionality of the Service without interruption, except for the time for carrying out the necessary repair and maintenance work. All currently existing services, as well as any development of them and / or addition of new ones, are the subject of this Agreement. Users understand and agree that all services are provided on an "as is" basis and that the Administration is not responsible for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion or non-storage of any user personal information.
2.4. Fair cooperation policy. The purpose of using the Site by all Parties is to ensure high-quality and efficient placement of information (orders, offers, etc.), proper fulfillment of obligations to each other, protection of the rights and interests of the Parties. The Customer and/or the Freelancer cannot use the Site for any other purpose. In case of detection of violations of the Fair Cooperation Policy, the Administration has the right to unilaterally restrict such Party's access to the Site.

3.1. Rights and obligations of the User
3.1.2. Prohibited on the Service:
3.1.2.1. Calls for violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or for the seizure of state power; calls for pogroms, arson, destruction of property, seizure of buildings or structures, forced eviction of citizens; calls for aggression or for unleashing a military conflict.
3.1.2.2. Obscene direct and indirect insults in someone's direction, including those based on ethnic, racial or religious affiliation, as well as statements of a chauvinistic nature.
3.1.2.3. Offensive behavior and expressions towards the Administration and other users of the Service.
3.1.2.4. Placement of orders and advertisements by Users:
• goods and services that do not comply with this Agreement. • trojans, viruses, Internet worms, programs for hacking or unauthorized access to information, as well as other "hacker" programs that can harm software and / or components of information systems. • related to sending spam, as well as the development of software for the implementation of such mailings.
3.1.2.5. Publication of the following information:
• explicit and hidden advertising of third-party sites, including referral links and links to sites of a similar nature. • quick money ads. • any messages and announcements related to the receipt of illegal income, including income from fraud. • any messages and announcements containing information about the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors. • containing obscene language. • provoking conflicts based on political, racial, religious, national or other hostility. • violating the rights of legitimate copyright holders. • untargeted distribution of advertising information in personal messages. • advertisements for the sale of any goods and services. • projects and vacancies that do not correspond to the specialization of the service. • projects completed retrospectively and opened in order to increase the rating. • projects and vacancies that involve writing or posting reviews about products, services or services. • projects that involve buying likes or reposts on social networks. • projects and vacancies that involve the search for sponsors for promotions, drawings or similar events. • projects created to collect contact details of performers. • projects and vacancies created with the aim of attracting MLM and pyramid schemes. • projects in which the task was received in another project already hosted on the service (mediation). • projects and vacancies related to farming, buying, selling or renting accounts on third-party services. • projects related to writing texts on medical topics. • projects, the description of which contains the contact information of the customer.v • rates, the text of which contains an amount different from the value specified in the cost of work field. • rates, the text of which contains the user's contact information. • rates with an offer of working conditions that significantly differ downwards from the offers of other contractors in the current or similar projects. • projects, in the description of which there is a requirement (request) to provide contact information. • contact details on the public profile page, as well as links to third-party sites, if the main purpose of their creation is the transfer of personal data or when switching to them, the user's personal data is immediately displayed. • projects related to employment for permanent remote work and office work. • vacancies, the description of which contains information about several open positions. • projects and vacancies related to the activities of religious sects, as well as the provision of occult services. • projects and vacancies, in the description of which there is no detailed information about functional responsibilities and/or tasks. • projects and vacancies related to the performance of work or the provision of services in the field of pandering. • projects related to the production of erotic and/or pornographic materials.
3.1.3. The user has the right to submit to the Administration his wishes or suggestions regarding the improvement of the Site.
3.1.4. Users acknowledge and agree that the Administration has access to all content of the Service, including private messages on the Service.
3.1.5. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service, or to any server of the Service, by any illegal means.
3.1.6. All users of the Service are obliged to conscientiously fulfill their obligations both to the administration of the Service and to their counterparties (in the case of concluding transactions with the latter).
3.1.7. It is forbidden to use tools for mass sending private messages or automatic bidding on projects.
3.1.8. Inappropriate discussions in chats of projects and consultations are prohibited, with the exception of clarifying the details necessary to understand the task.
3.2. Rights and obligations of the Administration
3.2.1. The Administration determines the rules of conduct on the Service and reserves the right to demand their implementation from Users.
3.2.2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement and all its integral parts without any special notice to users about such changes.
3.2.3. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the information published on the Service at any time.
3.2.4. The Administration has the right to send informational messages to Users exclusively within the framework of using the Service.
3.2.5. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published on the Service and / or the correctness of the statements of its Users.
3.2.6. If the User does not agree with the decision of the Administration, he has the right to write a letter with the justification of his disagreement to the Administration of the Site.
3.2.7. The Administration may deprive the right to use the Service of the User who violates the terms of the Agreement.
3.2.8. The Administration has the right to block or delete the User's account, as well as prohibit access using any information to the Service, and delete any User content in any of the following cases:
• violation by the User of the terms of the Agreement or the terms of other documents stipulated by the Agreement. • commission by the User of actions that caused or could cause damage to the business reputation of the Service. • publication of personal correspondence with other users on publicly available resources. • violation of the Fair Cooperation Policy.
3.2.9. The Administration has the right to monitor, post, delete, store or review messages sent through the Site at any time and for any reason. The Administration is not responsible, does not endorse or guarantee information regarding opinions, views, advice or recommendations posted or sent by Users.
3.2.10. The Administration is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions when registering or uploading content on the Site and cannot be held liable for any losses (including lost profits) arising from such errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
3.2.11. The Administration reserves the right to advertise the services of the Service, at its discretion, by processing the content and displaying it on the relevant pages of the Service and its limits, with the right to structure, edit, integrate, separate, regroup, translate the text part of the content into other languages, etc. The administration is not responsible for any errors, distortions, omissions, inaccuracies, deletions, content defects in connection with the translation of the text part of the content into other languages.

4.1. The Service Administration does not take part in disputes (including litigation) between Service Users, as well as with the participation of Third Parties.
4.2. The Service Administration is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Contractors.
4.3. The Administration of the Service is not responsible for any possible losses and / or lost profits of Users or Third Parties caused as a result of the use or inability to use the Service.
4.4. The Service Administration is not responsible for the actions of Users or Third Parties that violate the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.5. АThe Service Administration is not responsible for information and materials posted by Users within the Service.
4.6. The Service Administration does not guarantee, but undertakes to make every effort for error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service.
4.7. The User is responsible for all actions carried out on behalf of the User on the Service.
4.8. The User is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the fulfillment of the obligations assumed under the Service.
4.9. The User is responsible for the security of confidential information used to access the Service.

5.1. The customer has the right to publish a work order or a request for a consultation.
5.2. The Contractor has the right to free access to all active orders and consultation requests.
5.3. The administration reserves the right to make changes and delete orders and requests for consultations at any time if they do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, as well as at its sole discretion without giving reasons.
5.4. АThe Administration is not responsible for the content of orders and applications for consultations, as well as for causing damage and other losses that may arise from the Customer and the Contractor in connection with the publication and use of information contained in orders and applications for consultations.
