Machine learning model for image recognition integration

I'm seeking a specialist to integrate a machine learning model for image recognition into application. The integration should enable image classification and object detection, support model training and deployment and handle image data preprocessing. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, back-end technologies like Ruby on Rails and Node.js. Experience with computer vision is required.
